Webasto electric cap on a Cap Camarat 10.5 WA
Installation of a Webasto electric cap on a new Cap Camarat 10.5 WA
Our company specialized in the installation of nautical equipment and the preparation of new ships has recently intervened on a Jeanneau Cape Camarat 10.5 WA, delivered in the Var. Purpose: install an electric cap Webasto, a high-end option that improves comfort on board while increasing the value of the boat. This custom installation perfectly illustrates our expertise in yacht management and installation of technical equipment.
A high-end option for a new Jeanneau boat
Why a Webasto electric cap?
The owner wants to add an electric cap to benefit from an electric management shade, thus providing comfort and protection against the sun during outings at sea. This type of installation requires a perfect integration with the structure of the vessel, as well as a reliable and secure electrical installation.
Custom request from delivery
This Cap Camarat 10.5 WA, freshly removed from the yard Jeanneau, did not have this option. Thanks to our expertise in the preparation of new boats, we were able to intervene prior to delivery to the customer and integrate this option without altering the structural or aesthetic integrity of the boat.
Accurate and careful installation of technical equipment
Technical study and electrical integration
Before any intervention, we studied the boat plans and specifications of the Webasto system. We then carried out a custom-made electrical installation, respecting the maritime safety standards and the constraints of the available space.
Laying of the cap and operating tests
The Webasto cap was securely attached to the top of the cockpit, the TTOP, with a perfectly integrated finish. Our expert then made the necessary connections, before carrying out a series of tests to ensure the proper functioning of the system.
