Mechanization of bathing platform on a Dufour 390 sailboat in Cannes – Custom installation
A technical realization to help you with comfort on board
The mechanization of a sailboat's back bathing platform is an improvement sought by many owners who want to gain comfort, safety and practicality during manoeuvres or swimming.
Recently, our team intervened on a Dufour 390 sailboat, an iconic model of the brand Dufour Yachts, for complete mechanization of the bathing platform. This operation perfectly illustrates our know-how in the installation of nautical equipment and in the maintenance of boats on the French Riviera.
Customised installation, adapted to the design of the Dufour 390
Technical analysis and project preparation
Before any intervention, our expert makes a complete diagnosis on board the Dufour 390. Current opening system, electrical circuit, cable passages, organization of space, compatibility of systems, … everything passes to the scanner of his experienced eye to imagine a system adapted to the ship and responding to the need of the owners.
Equipment selection and cluttering
For this operation, we select an electric winch, designed to withstand demanding marine environments and adapted to this boat model. The accasting is carefully dimensioned. Thus the opening is fluid and silent, and the structure of the rear panel preserved.
We test each element at each stage of the installation to ensure perfect synchronization of the movement.
A realization combining technical and aesthetics
Clean integration and high-end finishes
One of the strengths of this intervention is the quality of the finishes. The cable passages are integrated into the walls, without distorting the elegant line of the Dufour 390. The result: an automated bathing platform that is both aesthetic, reliable and easy to use.
Real-time testing
After installation, we conducted a battery of tests in real-life conditions to verify the speed, safety and stability of the system. These tests guarantee a serene use for the owner, whether at dockside or at anchor.
Maintenance and assistance in the Var and Alpes-Maritimes
Beyond the installation, we monitor and maintain all types of mechanical and electrical equipment on board. Based between Cannes, Fréjus and Saint-Raphaël, we intervene on the entire coast of Var and the Alpes-Maritimes.
Our mission: to ensure the long-term reliability of your facilities and the peace of mind of every boater.
