As part of a boat maintenance intervention, our team recently intervened in Mandelieu, Alpes-Maritimes, to replace an anemometer B&G on one Sun Odyssey 349 of the trade mark Jeanneau.

Deposit of the old sensor
The sailboat had reading errors on the multifunction display. After diagnosis, we confirmed that the B&G head mast anemometer was defective. Our team secured the mast and proceeded with a clean removal of the old sensor, without damaging the existing wiring.
Installation of the new B&G anemometer
The new model, fully compatible with the NMEA 2000 system on the edge, has been carefully installed, ensuring the sensor is perfectly aligned to ensure reliable data. We also checked the integration into the navigation network, tested the data transmitted and updated the electronic displays on board.
